Yesterday was a big day. At 3:30 p.m. EST on May 13th we officially sold our house in Raleigh! We have heard so many accounts from friends where sales fell through only a day or two before closing so we are extremely thankful that all of the details of the sale went through relatively smoothly.
Although we are thrilled with the opportunity to live overseas for a few years, it is a difficult goodbye to our home in Harrington Grove. We worked very hard to give the house our personal touch, not excluding removing emerald green carpet and tearing down wallpaper in nearly every room in the house. We have shared countless memories, made wonderful friends in the neighborhood, and welcomed another member to our family in this house!
We eagerly look forward to what is in store for our family in the coming years, but for now we say goodbye to a home that will always have a special place in our hearts.

S-Praying that it will go through soon. I know it must be a bit tight living in the townhouse for so long. Maybe we'll be neighbors when we head back to NC!
